Our FOUNDERS

Scott Jeffrey Miller

Prior to co-founding The Gray + Miller Agency and Maison Vero, Scott Jeffrey Miller spent twenty-eight years at FranklinCovey, where he served as Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Thought Leadership. There, he shepherded the firm’s global brand and led teams that launched dozens of bestselling titles, selling 80+ million copies translated into more than fifty languages. For seven years, he hosted On Leadership with Scott Miller, the world’s largest weekly leadership podcast, and is an eight-time Wall Street Journal and Amazon bestselling author.

Davin Salvagno

As a renowned speaker and two-time bestselling author, Davin Salvagno has keynoted in 100+ cities around the world to audiences of every size and industry. In 2019, Davin co-founded The Purpose Summit, an international, multi-day conference that draws thousands of participants who share a common mission of elevating purpose-driven organizations and developing leaders. As the visionary behind The Purpose Summit, he has provided a platform to hundreds of thought leaders and authors globally, amplifying their thought leadership and impact. Davin is a strategic advisor to The Gray + Miller Agency, and is a founding partner of Maison Vero serving as its executive editor.

Additionally, Tony’s team at BookPal annually bestows the prestigious OWL Award (Outstanding Works of Literature) to authors in a variety of literary categories. Guided by curiosity and a passion for growth, Tony’s three- decade career reflects a lifelong commitment to helping authors and organizations share ideas that make a difference. His insatiable need to innovate has driven the co-founding of TALEZO, an AI-driven platform revolutionizing the talent booking industry.
